We are exclusively focusing our efforts on developing novel treatments for malignant disease through inhibition of signaling pathways (e.g. Aurora A and Hypoxia). Our targeted drugs have the promise achieving better efficacy with improved tolerability in patients.

 

Technology

ELARA is uniquely positioned to accelerate the development of its drug candidates for the treatment of malignant diseases with high unmet medical need. Our key competencies are in computational and medicinal chemistry, combined with its profound biological insights into cancer mechanisms. These core compentencies are enhanced by ELARA's strong management and advisory board.

As ELARA transitions from discovery to developement of it's drug candiates. Additional managerial and drug development know how will be brought on board as our projects develop. Our internal capacities are augmented by outsourcing using selected partners that have a proven track record and suitable external scientific collaborations.
